RESERVATION PROCEDURE

1. Please check our Availability Calendar and then email or phone with your inquiry.
   
   
2. If the dates you’re requesting are available, you’ll receive an acknowledgement message from the owner/agent that contains information about dates and costs, and a special web address for the Rental Agreement.  (This acknowledgement message is not a reservation confirmation.)
   
   
3. Go to the special web address and print out the Rental Agreement.  Fill out the information (be sure to copy the information that you received in the acknowledgement message); then sign and date it.  Fax it to 928-639-1006.
   
   
4. The owner/agent will countersign the Rental Agreement if all conditions have been met.  The countersigned Rental Agreement will then be faxed back to you.
   
   
5. Your Reservation Deposit must be received within 7 calendar days of the date the Rental Agreement is signed. If your deposit is not received within 7 calendar days, the Rental Agreement is subject to cancellation.
   
   
6. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing when the Rental Agreement has been signed and your Reservation Deposit has been received.
